Cukie

For thirty years, getting things done on the web has meant doing every step yourself. You open the site, sign in, search, compare, fill in the form and copy the result into a sheet. Next week you do it all again. The browser shows you the web, but it has never done any of the work.

AI can now read a page, understand what it is for, and use it the way a person does. Most AI helpers, though, work outside your browser. They can't use the sites you're signed in to, or they take over your screen while they work, so you wait and watch.

Cukie is a web browser for Windows and Mac with an AI helper built in. You ask once, in plain words. Cukie opens its own tabs in the background, signed in as you, and does the task while you keep working. It researches and shows its sources, fills in sites, and turns a spreadsheet into a dashboard. You can watch any of its tabs, or take over at any point.

It is careful by default. Before it buys, sends, posts or deletes anything, it stops and asks you. A web page can inform it, never instruct it. The browser fills in your passwords, so the AI never sees them, and your chats, memory and settings stay on your computer.

Three tasks, start to finish: research, a flight search and a sales dashboard. Each one runs in background tabs.
